GEVEGUARD 613 ENG
Geveguard 613 is a specially adapted blend of waxes in a solution of aliphatic naphtha. The wax mixture has properties that provide very good adhesion and anti-corrosion properties. As Geveguard 613 is transparent, in some cases it is possible to skip the removal of the product after transportation or storage. The impact on painted surfaces is small, but should be tested in each application.
Geveguard 613 is a transparent wax blend in a solvent dispersion, meant to be used for industrial transport and storing corrosion protection, where good protection properties is wanted in combination with demands on a short drying time and on non-aromatic content.

Ytor som är avsedda att behandlas skall vara torra, rena och fria från rost, fett och olja. Applicera med högtrycksutrustning 1: 26 > med ett matningstryck på 3-5 bar. Produkten kan även appliceras med luftinblandning (airmix) 1:3 eller spraypistol. Geveguard 613 kan användas utan spädning. Torkningstiden är beroende på temperatur, luftcirkulation och fuktighet. I sprutbox med relativt hög luft-cirkulation, är torktiden ca 10 min till torr yta, vid + 20° C och 50% RH. Vid lägre luft-cirkulation är torktiden ca 15-25 min. Längre lagringstid än 6 månader eller lagring vid för låga temperaturer kan orsaka ökad viskositet, vilket kan inverka vid applicering och medföra en ojämn materialfördelning.
